As a Creative Educator with Design Essentials for 15 years, Janet has shared knowledge and inspired countless stylists at national trade shows and beauty colleges, shaping the next generation of professionals. Formerly the owner of a full-service salon and spa, Janet understands the full spectrum of client care and business leadership.

Beyond the chair, Janet is passionate about giving back—volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations, including Wounded Hearts and Back-to-School Initiatives, to make a positive impact in the community.
